Your Initial Appointment
Depending on your requirements, we will schedule your first appointment with our treatment coordinator, who will be your companion throughout your dental journey. Their role is to ensure your happiness and complete ease with the progress of your treatment.
During Your Visit
After connecting with our treatment coordinator, you will meet one of our dentists during your initial consultation. They will take time to discuss any concerns you may have, attentively listen to your needs, and conduct a thorough examination of your teeth and surrounding tissues. Subsequently, they will discuss any necessary treatments.
We want to emphasize that there is no judgment here. If you haven't visited a dentist in a while, we understand that anxiety, stress, and nerves can be significant barriers. We assure you that you will not be made to feel silly, and everything will proceed at a pace comfortable for you.
Post-Consultation
Following your consultation, a detailed treatment plan will be formulated and provided to you. This plan will outline all discussed treatment options along with a comprehensive estimate. Your treatment coordinator will be available to delve into the details with you and address any questions you may have.
If there's any uncertainty about the plan, we encourage you to reach out to us. This is your treatment plan, and we want you to be entirely satisfied with it.
Once you've had time to consider your options and are ready to proceed with the treatment, simply call or email us. We will then arrange your first appointment to commence the treatment at a time that suits you.
